For the payment of your order, the following payment methods are available:

Credit or debit card: Payment for your order can be made with a Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, or Discover credit, debit, or prepaid card. You will be redirected to Nexi’s secure environment, where you’ll need to enter the required fields (card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and CVV). The Company does not store or process your card information.

Cash on delivery: Payment for your order can be made upon delivery at your location by paying the full amount to the delivery person. If your order amount does not exceed €500.00, payment to the delivery person can be made either in cash or by credit/debit card. If your order amount exceeds €500.00, payment to the delivery person can only be made by credit/debit card. Cash on delivery is not available for orders delivered outside Greece.

The buyer can choose to receive either a retail receipt or an invoice for all payment methods. Invoices are issued to legal entities and freelancers, provided they supply the following information when placing their order: company name or full name of professional, address, VAT number, tax office, profession, and telephone number. All orders, including taxes and any additional fees, are payable in euros.

Any bank charges that may occur are payable by the buyer and exclusively burden the buyer.

The Company does not offer tax-free purchases. The prices of products listed on the Website include VAT, and the Company will not provide exceptions or tax refunds.
