The website Badaye Studio (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) provides its services to visitors/users under the following Terms of Use, which the visitor/user is required to read carefully before using the services. By browsing or using our website, it is presumed that the user has read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the website.

    All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The order confirmation email does not constitute automatic acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for valid reasons (e.g. insufficient stock, incorrect customer details, suspected fraudulent use, etc.).

    All product prices are listed in euros and include the applicable VAT. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, except for confirmed orders. Available payment methods are detailed in the “Payment Methods” section of the e-shop.
    1. ORDER CANCELLATION – RETURNS
    Users may cancel an order by contacting us within a reasonable time and before the shipment. Product returns are governed by the Company’s Return Policy, which is available on our website and forms an integral part of the Terms of Use.
