RETURN CASES<\/strong><\/p>

If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the following conditions are met.<\/p>

RETURN METHODS:<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Send the package via ACS Courier, with shipping costs covered by us.

  2. Visit our Showroom and make a free return:

    \u2022 Returns are only accepted if the product is unused and in its original condition.
    \u2022 Returns are not accepted for products from which the security tag has been removed or which have been used beyond a simple trial.<\/p>

    When returning a product, you have two options:<\/strong><\/p>

    Product Replacement<\/h3>

    If you wish to replace a non-defective product, the following charges apply:
    \u2022 Return shipping fee: \u20ac3<\/p>

    To avoid the above fees, you may return products from your online purchases (including click & collect orders) at our Showroom.<\/p>

    If you wish to replace a product, the same policy applies as for online purchases:
    Cash on delivery fee for the new parcel: \u20ac2.25
    Shipping fee for the new parcel:
    \u2022 \u20ac2.50 to \u20ac7.80 depending on the size of the order, if the price difference between the returned and new items is under \u20ac150
    \u2022 Free of charge if the difference is equal to or greater than \u20ac150<\/p>

    Refund<\/h3>

    In this case, you will be charged a \u20ac3 return fee, which will not be paid to the courier upon delivery but will be automatically deducted from the refund amount of the returned product(s).<\/p>

    Refunds will be processed as follows:
    \u2022 To your debit\/credit card, if the order was paid with it
    \u2022 To the bank account you entered on the return form, if the order was paid via cash on delivery<\/p>

    Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product(s).<\/p>

    Important Notes on Specific Purchases:<\/strong><\/p>

    \u2022 Products purchased together under a promotional offer cannot be returned individually.
    In exceptional cases (e.g. defective product), the refund value of the returned item will be calculated proportionally based on the total value of the offer.<\/p>

    \u2022 Products sold as a set cannot be returned individually.
    All items included in the set must be returned together.<\/p>

    Defective Products<\/strong><\/p>

    If a product is defective (e.g. damaged during shipping), it will be replaced only<\/strong> if we are informed on the day of receipt. After this period, replacement is not possible.<\/p>

    In such cases, the defective product will be replaced with a new one, and no additional charges will apply.<\/p>

    Our Error<\/strong><\/p>

    In the event of an error on our part, we will fully refund the order amount and shipping fees.
    You will not be charged anything.<\/p>

    USEFUL NOTES<\/strong><\/p>

    \u2022 If the return is not made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, or if any of the return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return and refuse a refund or replacement.
    \u2022 In all cases, the receipt and the completed return form must be presented.
    \u2022 Returns can only be made using our partnered courier service (ACS Courier).<\/p>

    PRODUCT REPLACEMENT<\/strong><\/p>

    \u2022 In case of a defect (e.g. product was damaged during transport), we will replace the item with a new one.
    \u2022 If you wish to replace a product with another item (different product code), please indicate your choice on the return form. The new product will be invoiced according to the pricing and discounts valid on the day the return is shipped.<\/p>

    RETURN PROCESS<\/strong><\/p>

    Step 1.<\/strong> Complete the return\/exchange form included in the package or by clicking here<\/a>.
    Step 2.<\/strong> Repack the product using the original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping. Include the return form and a copy of the purchase receipt inside the package.
    Step 3.<\/strong> Send the package via ACS Courier by contacting the nearest store and stating that the shipping will be charged to us.

    Alternatively, you may visit our Showroom and return the product for free.<\/p>

    ADDITIONAL NOTES<\/strong><\/p>

    \u2022 Courier returns must be sent only<\/strong> to the address listed in Step 3.
    \u2022 If the package is received and the return conditions described above are not met, the product will not be accepted. It will be returned to the customer, who will bear the shipping cost.<\/p>
